Shipping

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of purchase. It can take longer than expected due to reasons outside of our control for example an invalid shipping address, customs clearance or other potential causes.

Orders Over $50 = Free!

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your corresponding tracking number. You should make a note of your tracking number and enter it using the link below. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

Each country has its own customs rules and regulations. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If import duties or taxes are charged, the customer will be responsible for them.

 

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at thebohobebeofficial@gmail.com and we’ll either resend a new package or offer a full refund.

All orders are shipped from our fabulous distribution facility in Asia.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
